Impact Amplifier co-hosted a demo day in Lavender Hill, to showcase a new micro baker franchise opportunity to the local community. Dominique Marshall-Smith, a Mama Mimi’s distributor, baked fresh loaves of bread and pizza to demonstrate the wood-fired oven’s capabilities.

With over 400 ovens already in the market, and a large demand from communities across Southern Africa, Impact Amplifier is supporting Mama Mimi’s to scale its impact business and impact.
