Description

The Private Adaptation Investment Bootcamp (PrivABoo) is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The program supports SMEs with innovative products, services or technologies that help their customers adapt and increase their resilience to the impacts of climate change and connects them with impact investors who want to build a portfolio in climate change adaptation.

IA Role

Impact Amplifier manages this acceleration programme which is designed to offer entrepreneurs the skills, knowledge, and documentation required to position them for funding from investors. Impact Amplifier will also be actively seeking funding for all the business which are ready.

Status Update

September 2023

Six climate adaptation businesses in Nigeria were selected for the programme.
